During my studies at the Faculty of Humanities, emphasis was placed on an interdisciplinary approach, critical thinking and independence. With control of the entire operation in Alfacz agency I improved my organizational skills. During my stay in Madeira I learned to assess the situation from a different perspective and creativity. Work as a hostess taught me patience, reliability, public performance and formal negotiations with clients. Foreign experience and volunteer work (Portugal 2012 and also in Macedonia, 2010) has generally taught me to be independent, rapid and effective decision-making at the same time.
